You should not need to change the TTL values that the software already uses 
(7 for "testMPEG1or2VideoStreamer"; 127 for receivers (assuming that 
they're reading "testMPEG1or2Video.sdp").

Note that the performance problems that you saw have absolutely nothing to 
do with TTL.

As long as multicast packets can get between the source and the destination 
computers, you'll be OK.
