[Live-devel] mp4 to h.263/1 delivery

dear all,

does anyone know how to deliver an mp4 media to H323 clients which can
only receive streamed media coded in h.263/h.261 ?

so we can author/overlay our contents in mp4 using its tools then
deliver it to H323 clients.. 

is there simple example way of doing that ? will we miss some of
MPEG-4's features here ?
