[Live-devel] How we can transfer Real time video files using RTP

I want to write a program to transfer video file using 'rtp' through
ethernet from one system to another system.
I had downloaded the "live"  tar file (in Linux platfrom)
Then i successfully run the make, but i want to known how to use this package 
to real time audio transfer....

Please suggest anybody
1) How to develop application to transfer Real time video files??
2) about the system calls to be used...
2)How we can transfer Real time video files  using this live '?

I fell very great if i could the solutions...
