The "sessionId" field in a "MediaSubsession" is meant to be managed by 
users of the "MediaSubsession" class (e.g., RTSP clients), rather than by 
the "MediaSubsession" class itself.  Fortunately RTSP clients will almost 
always do a teardown before they exit, so the "sessionId" will get cleaned 
up there.
