The "qtParse" code was originally intended only for our own internal 
testing, and is included in the "testProgs" directory only as a courtesy - 
it was not intended to be one of the demo programs that gets built 
automatically.

Nonetheless, if you're on a Unix system, you can build it using
	c++ -o qtParse qtParse.cpp

I have not tried building it on Windows.
