FYI, the latest release (2004.02.03) of the "LIVE.COM Streaming Media" code 
now supports on-demand RTSP/RTP streaming of MPEG-1 or 2 Program Stream files.

The "testOnDemandRTSPServer" test program now supports this, as an option.
