Does that same "rtsp://" URL work if you try to play the stream using a 
media player (e.g., "RealPlayer")?  If not, then your server must not be 
configured properly.

In any case, note that "openRTSP" cannot be used to receive 
RealAudio/RealVideo sessions (see 
<http://www.live.com/openRTSP/#real-media>), so "openRTSP" probably 
wouldn't work on your stream anyway.
