[Live-devel] Support for streaming 'redirection' in the RTSP server

FYI, the RTSP server implementation in the latest source code release 
(2004.02.19) now includes support for 'redirecting' the destination of a 
stream - using the "destination" parameter in the "Transport:" header of a 
client's RTSP "SETUP" request.

See "#ifdef RTSP_ALLOW_CLIENT_DESTINATION_SETTING" in 
"liveMedia/RTSPServer.cpp".

Note that this code is disabled by default, because it has the potential to 
be used for denial-of-service attacks.
