First, you are using an old version of the "LIVE.COM Streaming Media" code
in "vobStreamer":

s=Session streamed by "vobStreamer"
i=/download/FinalRomance1.VOBt=0 0
a=tool:LIVE.COM Streaming Media v2003.09.29

Please rebuild "vobStreamer" with the latest version of the libraries, and
check whether you still see the problem.

Also, from the lines at the end of your output:

audio stream has been synchronized using RTCP  16  28%  5%  6.0% 0 0 0%
video stream has been synchronized using RTCP
A:   0.6 V:3705.4 A-V:-3704.805 ct:  0.047   17/ 17  27%  5%  5.7% 0 0 0%

It looks like "vobStreamer" might be sending incorrect presentation
timestamps for either the audio or the video stream, which causes them to
not be synchronized properly. (MPlayer is reporting that the audio and
video streams are 3704 seconds apart!) This might be a bug in
"vobStreamer", and/or "MPlayer".

Is it possible for you to put your VOB file ("FinalRomance1.VOB") on a web
server, so I can download and experiment with it? If not, could you please
email me (finlayson at live.com) the first 1 MByte or so of this
file? (Please don't email any more than this.) Thanks.
