[Live-devel] Streaming Redirection

I had to modify the RTSPServer class to add the parsing of the 
destination field.  But as far as testing goes, I have not yet got the 
redirection to work correctly. On top of that, the code that I have 
probably written is not very portable, as I am working on a fairly 
specialized VOD server in Linux.
