[Live-devel] Starting Play at specific time

If there was something out there for this already, then I didnt want to 
reinvent the wheel...but it looks like I would have to implement the 
feature myself.  OK.  Is it safe to assume that there is nothing out 
there for Fast Foward or Rewind either?
