I downloaded your "test6.mpg" file, renamed it to "test.mpg", and streamed 
it using "testOnDemandRTSPServer".

I was able to play the url 
"rtsp://<my-server-machine>:7070/mpeg1or2AudioVideoTest" OK (audio and 
video) using VLC, and using QuickTime Player.

I also ran "openRTSP" (with this same URL), and successfully recorded two 
files - on for each component stream:
	video-MPV-1 (422509 bytes)
	audio-MPA-2 (40124 bytes)

At no time did I see a "parsePESPacket" error.

So, for me, everything is working correctly.
