No - the original poster was asking about how to do unicast streaming *via 
a RTSP server*.  Note that the RTSP server in the "test*Streamer" 
applications works for multicast streams only.

To stream unicast via a built-in RTSP server, use the 
"testOnDemandRTSPServer" application - *not* the "test*Streamer* 
applications - as a model.
