The "MPEG1or2Demux" class is used to demultiplex (i.e., 'split') a MPEG 
"Program Stream" into its component audio and video Elementary Streams.

For an illustration of how this class is used, see the implementation of 
the "testMPEG1or2Splitter" and "vobStreamer" test programs.
