X-Lite is a *SIP* client, not a RTSP client.  So, giving it a "rtsp://" URL 
won't work.

Also, because X-Lite s a SIP client, it will need to talk to a SIP server 
(gateway), which the LIVE.COM code currently doesn't implement.

Note that SIP and RTSP are different protocols (even though they're 
superficially similar).
