I hope I can though. Unfortunately, we don't make any money from this yet. 
Is there any way to work around to stream mpeg4 file by using existing
live.com library?

Yes, a "MPEG4Demux" class would be a good idea, but it doesn't yet 
exist.  Feel free to write one for the library.  (Or, if you're interested 
in paying for me to write one, just let me know (by separate email).)
