Hi Ross,

Here is the information you asked for.
Source file is ipod.itunes_082004_320.mp4

all files can be found at http://www.etv.cx/~emvr/streams/.

Commands used to record:
./openRTSP -4 -w 320 -h 240 -f 30 -t -O -V -H
rtsp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:554/mp4/ipod.itunes_082004_320.mp4 >
ipod_test_hinted.mp4
./openRTSP -4 -w 320 -h 240 -f 30 -t -O -V
rtsp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:554mp4/ipod.itunes_082004_320.mp4 >
ipod_test_unhinted.mp4
./openRTSP -q -w 320 -h 240 -f 30 -t -O -V -H
rtsp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:554/mp4/ipod.itunes_082004_320.mp4 >
ipod_test_hinted.mov
./openRTSP -q -w 320 -h 240 -f 30 -t -O -V
rtsp://130.139.164.67:554/mp4/ipod.itunes_082004_320.mp4 >
ipod_test_unhinted.mov

The hinted files are the ones that display a longer timebase that it
should.

Would you happen to have a URL for me where I can find exactly find how
the MP4 Filesystem is build. I want to see if I can find out if the other
player is expecting something in the files that isn't there.
I found some information on Apple.com but that was more general
information about mime types.

Thanks

Erick
