You can't do this 'simply'.  (It would conceivably be possible to do this, 
but it would require a lot of new programming.)

Instead, I suggest using the "LIVE.COM Streaming Media" code for both RTP 
and RTSP.  See, for example, the "testOnDemandRTSPServer" test program, 
which illustrates how to do this.
