[Live-devel] Removing sessions from RTSP Server

I have finally implementated this suggestion from a few weeks ago: A new 
member function "removeServerMediaSession()" has now been added to 
"RTSPServer".

This is part of the latest software release: 2004.10.18

This hasn't yet been tested extensively, so please let us know if you see 
any problems.
