Are you referring to "request pipelining" as described in RFC 2326, section 
9.1?

The current RTSP client implementation doesn't pipeline requests; instead, 
it waits for the response to each command that it sends.

The RTSP server implementation, on the other hand, will probably handle 
incoming pipelined requests OK.
