Please re-send this as a patch against the latest "LIVE.COM Streaming 
Media" code (version 2004.09.02).  (Note that that version already contains 
a small change to "GroupsockHelper.cpp" that you requested for WinCE 
compilation.)

Also, please let us know what *else* you needed to do to get the code to 
compile under WinCE.  For example, where is "UNDER_CE" defined - is that 
something you did yourself, or is it defined automatically in one of the 
Windows header files?  Did you need to modify the "genWindowsMakefiles" 
script (e.g., by using a different configuration file than the current 
"win32config").

If I'm going to include these changes in the released code, then other 
people need to easily be able to take advantage of this to build for WinCE 
also.
