That all looks OK.  The problem is apparently that the subsequent RTP 
packets from the server are not getting received.  Make sure that your 
client (QuickTime Player) is not behind a firewall that is blocking UDP 
packets.

In partcular, if you're client OS is Windows XP, then you should check it's 
built-in firewall - that may be the culprit.
