You would need to write new "RTPSource" and "RTPSink" classes for this 
(analogous to the existing "H263plusVideoRTPSource" and 
"H263plusVideoRTPSink" classes).

(Note, though, that the older (RFC 2190) payload format has been 
deprecated, and should not be used by new implementations.)
