Right now, the LIVE.COM RTP receiving code ("MultiFramedRTPSource") just 
skips over any CSRCs in the RTP packet (see "MultiFramedRTPSource.cpp", 
line 218).  If you wanted to read this data, then that would be the place 
to do it.
