MP3 *is* MPEG data.  You can use "testMP3Streamer" to stream any MPEG-1 or 
2 audio file (that's named "test.mp3").

However, if you mean "MPEG *video* data", then you should just use the 
other demo applications: "testMPEG1or2VideoStreamer" or 
"testMPEG4VideoStreamer".  (Or, for unicast on-demand streaming, use 
"testOnDemandRTSPServer", which supports all formats.)
