[Live-devel] enable DEBUG / print log on stdout

Hello

i'm using livemedia on a linux plateform to interact with mplayer.

i d like to add some debug info / logs when using the library from mplayer.

when i do some define DEBUG 1 or if i add manually some fprintf(stdout.. then re compile the library it does not seem to log anything when running mplayer.

any hint from someone who tried something similar ?
