It also implements Basic Authentication.  See "liveMedia/RTSPClient.cpp".

Sorry, I can't help you here, except to note that 
Windows Media Server tends not to be standards 
compliant, and people generally have difficulty 
accessing it with standard RTSP/RTP clients.
