[Live-devel] MPEG I, P & B frames

 hi,
  
  i'm trying to develop a bitrate controller for the  testMPEG1or2AudioVideoStreamer program, but i'm kinda new to  programming.. i was wondering if you could help me. I noticed that in  the source code there is an option to enable Iframes only. How can I  separate the I, P and B frames of the MPEG video i'm streaming? i'm  planning drop some of the packets in case of network congestion, like B  frames first, then P frames.. thanks
