[Live-devel] ReceivingInterfaceAddr

Hi all,

unless I misunderstood something, a patch like the attached one is
needed to use ReceivingInterfaceAddr...

The patch also contains a modification to openRTSP to allow selecting
the interface from which the RTSP requests are sent (I used it to test
if ReceivingInterfaceAddr was working as expected).
