Several people have done this.  (Actually, several people have compiled the 
LIVE.COM code *for* ARM (i.e., using a cross compiler); I don't know if 
anyone has compiled the code *on* ARM, but I know of no reason why that 
shouldn't work either.)

If your ARM computer is running Linux, you can probably use the existing 
"config.armlinux".  I.e., run
         genMakefiles armlinux
