Hi Raphael i think it's all in here:

Failed to get a SDP description from URL 
"rtsp://movies06.archive.org/2/movies/mitocw.18.03.f03.videolectures/mit-o
cw-18.03-lec33-09may2003-220k.rm": cannot handle DESCRIBE response: 
RTSP/1.0 415 Unsupported Media Type

I think only realplayer can open streams of rm file, because it's not standard RTP, but it's something more like RDT.
