The problem with this stream is that the following line in its SDP
description
         a=fmtp:97 octet-align
was not legal.  That line should have been
         a=fmtp:97 octet-align=1
So, there is an error in the tool that you used to create 'hint tracks'
for 
your file.

However, I have modified the LIVE.COM RTSP client code to overcome this 
problem, and have installed a new version (2005.01.24).  If you use that

version, you will be able to correctly receive your AMR audio stream.

Nonetheless, you should really fix the bug in your hint track creation 
tool, because there may be other clients that cannot handle your
(illegal) 
SDP description.
