Fast forward and reverse play currently doesn't work on *any* MPEG 
Transport Stream (at least, not in the public "LIVE.COM Streaming Media" code).

(Also, as far as I know, there really isn't any such thing as "MPEG-4 
Transport Stream"; it's really just "MPEG-4 content contained within a 
MPEG-2 Transport Stream".)
