Hi Ranjeet,

You could try to post your doubt on audiocoding forum.
I've developed an AAC Parser, but I just read the
fields,
and I used AudioCoding.com with source for
information.
Maybe there is some FAAD or FAAC channel on
irc.freenode.net, but the forum is a good source.
