[Live-devel] Improved support for receiving H.264 RTP streams

FYI, the latest release (2005.07.23) of the "LIVE.COM Streaming Media" code 
improves the support ("H264VideoRTPSource") for receiving H.264 RTP 
streams.  (In particular, it now properly supports 'STAP-A' packets in 
which two more more NAL units are packed into a single RTP packet.)

In particular, this means that the code will now properly receive H.264 
streams from QuickTime-hinted ".mov" or ".mp4" files (e.g., streamed from a 
Darwin Streaming Server).
