Actually, current versions of RealPlayer can play few RTSP/RTP streams from 
*any* server (including Apple's Darwin Streaming Server) - not just ours.

Blame RealNetworks - over the years, they've become increasingly clueless 
and incompetent, and it's hard to understand how they're still in business.

I suggest giving up on Real Player, and using VLC or QuickTime Player instead.
