then you lose.  In this case, your SDP description is not correctly 
advertising what type of stream it is.  You can't expect any client to work 
properly under those circumstances.

If you give the client a correct SDP description (i.e., specifying 
"RTP/AVP", and static RTP payload type 33), then it will work.
