If you want to stream (or receive) raw UDP (instead of RTP-in-UDP), then 
you can use the "BasicUDPSink" (or "BasicUDPSource") classes, instead of 
"*RTPSink" (or "*RTPSource").

If you want to stream (or receive) TCP (other than RTP-in-TCP), then you 
should probably use some other library; it's unlikely that you'll find this 
one to be of much use to you.
