[Live-devel] Makefile.tail patch: make -> $(MAKE)

On some systems, GNU make is called gmake rather than make.
The following patch against the 2005-03-11 Makefile.tail causes the same
make command to be used for subdirectory make invocations as for the top
invocation, at least when GNU make is being used.
