[Live-devel] 3gp implementation suggestions

Hi!  I would like to ask the easiest way to do the following:

Encode a continously updated jpeg file as 3gp then stream it using
RTSPServer class or Darwin Streaming Server through sdp, whichever is
easier.  The intended player is a mobile phone midlet using the
multimedia api.

I know that live does not support 3gp yet so I'm willing to implement
live's 3gp support if I have no choice.
