[Live-devel] How to stream from buffer address

Hi all,

I have a 16-channel DVR capture card that stores the one captured
frame of video signals into a buffer. The address of the buffer is
provided.
I am using testOnLiveDemandRTSP server. How do I stream specifying the
buffer address (which changes at times) instead of a file?
