I have seen some RTSP clients that send "TEARDOWN", and others that send 
"PAUSE".

But in any case, this is not the appropriate mailing list for your 
question.  This mailing list is for the discussion of the "LIVE.COM 
Streaming Media" software.  It's not intended for general discussions of 
RTSP/RTP/RTCP, or of other software.
