[Live-devel] debug with mplayer

The MPlayer "--enable-debug" option has no effect on the "LIVE555 
Streaming Media" code, because that is a separate set of libraries, 
independent of MPlayer.  The same is true for the many other 
libraries that MPlayer links with.
