Hi Ross,
            I'm trying to make a Hint track for a media track. But I'm
facing some problem like how to make SampleDecodingTimeTable(stts)Atom and
what should be the time scale of the Hint track. Would you be able to help
me how to find sample delta of SampleDecodingTimeTable(stts)?
