[Live-devel] Require test data files.

Hi Ross,
 
I tried the openRTSP program(build and run) and tried to open RTSP as specified.
But I got error which is socket related connect fail. It is connection refused by the rtsp server.(darwin.uninett.no/sample.mp4)
 
Any other way to get these files.

I find it a bit puzzling that you want to stream MPEG-4 Elementary 
Stream video, but don't already have any such video.
