The server application tells you to use a URL with the address 
192.168.1.100, because that is the only IP address that it knows about.

Try instead to play the stream using the URL
      <rtsp://192.168.1.100:8554/Channel_000a27000406d105_Broadcast>rtsp://24.50.44.57:8554/Channel_000a27000406d105_Broadcast
