[Live-devel] complete sip client

Hi,

for a part of my degree dissertation I have to write an sip phone under 
windows ce. At the moment i have ported the whole livemedia library to 
embedded visual c++. playSIP works fine on my toshiba pda. But is there 
anyone who has written a complete sip client with live library?

Another question is, where can I get a local download of the doxygen 
documentation. Unfortunately today live.com was not responsing about 5 
hours and sometimes I have to work without internet.
