I suggest writing a new subclass, similar to the existing 
"MPEG2TransportStreamFromPESSource", but which takes input from 
several different sources, rather than just one (and with the sources 
being just "FramedSource"s, rather than "MPEG1or2DemuxedElementaryStream"s.
