Hi Ross,

In H263plusVideoRTPSink and MPEG4VideoRTPSink constructors (and related createNew methods, of course) the rtpTimestamp is hardcoded to 90000 (90 kHz). This is the default value but not the only value possible, leading to incorrect timestamps when feeded stream actually uses another frequency. Could you make this frequency a new IN parameter for both those classes ? 
I guess it is worth this very small change in the library.
