The problem here is in VLC's "livedotcom.cpp", not in my code.  After 
seeking within a stream, it's calling "playMediaSubsession()" on each 
"MediaSubsession" object, and the server doesn't like this.  Instead, 
it should just call "playMediaSession" on the aggregate 
"MediaSession" object, as it does when playing originally from the start.
